As recently we have more and more customers who require PTH copper thickness 25um(min) and even 1oz(35um) minumum, which is much more strict than IPC Class 3 standard(20um(min) and 25um average), to meet our customer requirement, our R&D department had done a lot of job and finally we made it. Now we can make PTH hole wall copper thickness more than 1oz.
